I struggle with anxiety and panic attacks. This is something very new to me. If you suffer from either of these or both, what do you do to help you relax or calm yourself down?

I get so embarrassed when I have to go to the bathroom and my IBS is acting up. Having to go when other people are in the bathroom just sucks. You try and hold it till everyone leaves but it doesn’t always work like that. Does anyone else get embarrassed when their IBS acts up and has to use the bathroom?
